Credit Card Guide

Published by Tom under Credit

The following is a sponsored review.

The economy is in a critical time in world history. Everyday we see on the news about how banks and financial institutions are in peril. We here on the news that people can no longer get credit or loans because we are in a credit crunch. Well that is true to a point. The truth is that people now need to do more research in order to find a deal on credit.

Extra Credit Cards.com is a site set up to help people seeking real news on Credit Cards and how to obtain them. They offer a bunch of up to date information on the latest low interest cards on the market.

Even with the credit crunch, this site still points to many offers for people with great credit down to the people with bad credit. They also have articles explaining how credit works and what a credit score really means. They even offer information about purchasing prepaid debit cards so you can still do transaction requiring a credit card without paying the interest and charges associated with many credit cards.

I have reviewed a few different credit information sites and I found this similar to many others. However, it is loaded with tons of useful information and does a lot of the research for you. Though I am not a huge proponent of credit cards, I do know that people are still using them. If you are one of these people, sites like this Extra Credit Cards will help you be an informed consumer when applying for Credit Cards.

Payday Loan Information Website

Published by Tom under Uncategorized

I am not a huge fan of loans of any kind but I do know that many people use them when the need arises. The one key to getting any type of loan and most importantly lonas is that the person does their research. It is important to research the cost, the terms, and the reputation of the loan company.

PaydayLoansABC.com is a website loaded with reviews on the various types of Payday loans. They have a load of information designed to inform the consumer prior to obtaining a loan. They also have several offers listed on their site with an easy to apply for format.

There are many types of Payday loans and many require credit checks and faxing signatures and other time consumer processes. This website offers a No Fax Payday Loan from many providers to make it a quick and easy process.

The whole process of the loan processing looks quite easy and is just a matter of a few simple forms and some proof of income along with having a checking account. The information is designed for your particular state and there are some informative articles about Payday loans and the laws involved.

Though I am not a fan of Payday loans, I found this site a great resource for those people who do rely on those types of loans in emergencies. I highly suggest searching through the site thoroughly prior to applying. They provide the information and research, but it is your job to read that information.

Winter Sucks for Chicken Care

Published by Tom under Raising Chickens

One part of raising chickens I hate the most is winter. The water is frozen everyday and if you do not get the eggs fast enough, they are froze. I have one hen who lays her egg on top of the nesting box so it always freezes. We get temps below zero all the time so it is hard to keep going in the cold.

The one thing the winter does not do is seem to harm the chickens. Every morning when I go out to thaw the water and check on them, they are waiting at the door with excitement to see me. I guess that is one of the joys that keeps me raising chickens. they have such unique personalities that they warm a cold heart even when it is 20 below zero.

This winter is hardest though because the temps vary so drastically that the chickens or I can get use to the cold.

How are the chickens in your coop doing?

Buying WOW Accounts

Published by Tom under Gaming

The following is a sponsored review:

There are many games that have caught the attention of online gamers over the life of the Internet. Some of these games are played for a while and people get bored and they move on. Others just seem to disappear in time. Massively multiplayer online games or MMO are all the craze now and they offer never ending challenges that keep the players engaged. No game in this category is more popular than World of Warcraft (WOW).

War of Warcraft is played all over the world and has become of the most popular games ever. It is quite addicting. One of the most popular things now is trading both the gold and the accounts. One of the great sites to buy or sell a WOW account is Buy MMO Accounts.com.

They offer great accounts for all levels of characters. They both buy and sell accounts in a quick honest fashion. All accounts are delivered in approximately 30 minutes. They offer a lifetime guarantee for all accounts. This means that you account will not be reclaimed by a former owner or disabled or they will replace it.

Rather you want to be a druid or a hunter or any one of the many characters in WOW, this site offers all levels of both Alliance and Horde accounts. There is no other site to buy a WOW account with live phone support and a great guarantee.

If you have thought of entering the WOW world, here is your chance to grab a high level account so you do not have to start at the bottom. Have fun and happy gaming!

Free Blogs

Published by Tom under Blogging

The following is a sponsored review for free blogs.

Are you looking to get into blogging or just want to add a new blog to your sites? Here is a place to receive a Free Blog. This site offers free Word Press blogs on a sub domain. This means you have full access to all the features you would have if you hosted the blog on a private host for free.

Many of you will wonder why you would use this site as opposed to just going to Wordpress.com and signing up there for a free blog. The answer is clear! You have much more flexibility with this site than you do with Word Press.com. On the Free Blog Hosting site, you can easily add your own advertising. If you use Adsense, they have an automatic system installed that allows you to easily integrate your ads into your blog by simply adding you publisher number.

They also offer many plug-ins already installed that allow you to do some unique things to your blog with a couple of clicks. You can also choose one of many Word Press themes to personalize your blog to make it stand out from the crowd.

I am not a huge fan of free sub domain blogs. However, they do serve as a great starter for new bloggers to break into the world of blogging without risking any money. To get your blog started today, just click the link to your Free Blog.

New Year Greetings

Published by Tom under Family, General Blog Stuff

All in 2008 seemed bleak. The economic crisis that faced the world was painful to watch but I muddled through. The Presidential race did not turn out very well and it was politics as usual among promises of change. There were wars and rumors of wars. Many lost their jobs as we taxpayers bailed out the rich. McCain, Obama, Clinton, and Bush all approved of the monetary rape that we took. Looking for a job had little success and the stock market crashed like nothing we have seen.

I clung to my marriage and tightened my belt. I fought harder to clear up all of my debt. I listened to Dave Ramsey to inspire me most. It was a struggle and so many lost. However, as Americans we suffered though the loss. We brushed off the dirt that our Government threw on us and we swore it would get better and for many it got worse. It was a bit of a pickle but we will survive.

With all the bleak we suffered in 2008, we know that we have much to be thankful for. I want to take this chance to wish all of my friends a wonderful healthy and prosperous New Year!

Help the Salvation Army

Published by Tom under General Blog Stuff

Some of you may have noticed that there is a new feature on top of the blog. It is a Red Kettle. The Salvation Army is hurting in these bad times when those in need really need the help. Maybe it is just a small thing but I am hoping my small Kettle will inspire all of you to donate to help others in need.

When I was a child, we had a time when we needed shelter and being from a family of eleven kids, that is no easy task. The Salvation Army was there for my family and I try to give back whenever I can.

I encourage all of you to help where you can. A drop of a few coins in your local kettle or you can donate directly by clicking on the Kettle above. It will take you directly to the secure Salvation Army website and you can donate as much  as little as you can afford.or

There are tons of families hurting in these hard economic times and this a way for all us to give a helping hand up through one of the best organizations in the world.

Thanks for all those who help either here or anywhere you see that big Red Kettle.

Merry Christmas to all of you!

Ringtone Fever

Published by Tom under Shopping

Everywhere you go, you know that the holiday season has hit us. No, I am not talking about the decorations; I am talking about the ringtones going off everywhere. From Jingle bells to Santa Claus is Coming to Town, holiday music is loaded on almost everyone’s mobile phone. Now days, there are thousands of ringtones that can be downloaded and put directly on to your phone.

It does not matter who your cell phone provider is. From ATT to T-mobile ringtones, you can find them on the Internet. I have yet to search for my favorite song and not find it. I love Johnny Cash and currently have “I walk the Line.” However, I change my ringtone often to keep life interesting.

Ringtones are one of those things that show how interesting technology is getting. I still remember when cell phones first came out and it was bird chirps that were the most interesting you could get. Now you can find the most popular sounds and music with a touch of the mouse.

I am curious about all my readers. What is the most interesting ringtone that you have ever heard? What do you have as a ringtone on your cell phone? Leave a comment and let me know!
