		<description>I am a mother (in Sweden, so sorry if my english is not that good) with big worries. My son is 19 years old and he now is a bit fat I think. I think the main issue here is that he spends so much time sitting down by his computer. I am also a fan of computers, but I always take some time everyday for a quick walk in the park. I have asked him several times, but he doesn&#039;t want to join. I will show him your post and especially the part where you say that one day a week and at one meal you can eat whatever you like. Perhaps my son will be able to start to loose weight also when he reads this. Thanks!</description>

Having lost 10 pounds and now have no problem tying my shoes. Been watching what I eat. ( Staying away from the three W&#039;s. White flour, white sugar and white potatoes.)  And walking/running two mile a day.  With swimming three times a week extra. My goal this year is to be under 190 on Jan 1st.

I hope to read the day you hit 150.  Will be following you.</description>
