		<description>I have been trying to lose weight for the last month.  The main reason is I am pre-diabetic. Also I dislike the fact I get out of breath bending down to tie my shoes.  My height is 5'8" and I was at 230, now hovering at 220. ( And I am older then you, it is harder to lose the weight. :-})

Having lost 10 pounds and now have no problem tying my shoes. Been watching what I eat. ( Staying away from the three W's. White flour, white sugar and white potatoes.)  And walking/running two mile a day.  With swimming three times a week extra. My goal this year is to be under 190 on Jan 1st.

I hope to read the day you hit 150.  Will be following you.</description>
